Join the most innovative start-up in off-road tires! At Galileo Wheel we have invented the CupWheel, a revolutionary tire that works like a track, already creating excitement in agriculture and construction.

 

We are now looking for our VP Sales EMEA, who will bring the CupWheel revolution to customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This is a unique chance to build a sales and service organization from the ground up, starting small and growing together with our multinational team from eight countries – and counting.

 

What you will do?
 

You have sole responsibility for marketing, sales and customer support in EMEA, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. In particular:

  • Develop distribution channels in EMEA - Europe (70%), the Middle East (20%) and Africa (10%) for Galileo’s innovative agriculture and construction tires.

  • Build our European subsidiary from scratch, with focus on sales, business development, logistics and administration.

  • Hire, train and manage staff for the EU subsidiary in line with the company’s business plan.
     

Requirements:
 

  • B.A./B.Sc. in relevant engineering and/or business fields

  • At least 5 years experience in international off-road tire sales and/or business development

  • Excellent spoken and written English, other languages an advantage

  • European citizenship or existing EU work visa

  • Location Netherlands an advantage

  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, creative problem solver, team player

VP Sales EMEA

We are now looking for territory sales manager who will bring the CupWheel revolution to agricultural customers in then farming industry across America and Canada.

 

What you will do?
 

Sole responsibility for business and market development, signing up new customers, reporting to the VP North America. In particular:

  • Identify, sign up and sell new customers in your region

  • Expand current customers base of sales

  • Be a quasi "field engineer”, able to deal with technical questions and problems. 

  • Report to the VP on activities and opportunities
     

Requirements:
 

  • Preference for B.A./B.Sc. in relevant engineering and/or business fields

  • At least 5 years experience in ioff-road tire sales and/or business development (preference for farm)

  • Excellent spoken and written English, Spanish an advantage

  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently, work from remote

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, creative problem solver, team player

  • Must be very adept with all M/S Office programs, Google Suite, and various CRM and sales apps

  • Self-starter, self-driven, work independently
