We are seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to revolutionize the OTR tire industry by bringing our innovative technology to agriculture, construction, material handling, and industrial customers across the Eastern United States.

 

What you will do?
 

Take sole responsibility for business and market development in the OTR sector, signing up new customers and reporting to the VP North America. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Identify, prospect, and close new customers in agriculture, construction, material handling, and industrial applications

  • Expand sales within existing customer base across multiple OTR segments

  • Serve as technical consultant - addressing tire performance requirements and application challenges

  • Develop relationships with equipment dealers, fleet managers, tire distributors, and agricultural dealerships

  • Conduct on-site demonstrations and performance evaluations

  • Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to VP North America

  • Collaborate with engineering team on customer-specific tire solutions

 

Requirements:
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred

  • Minimum 5 years experience in OTR tire sales, heavy equipment, or construction industry business development

  • Strong technical aptitude with understanding of tire performance in demanding applications

  • Proven track record in B2B sales with complex industrial customers

  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages advantageous

  • Willingness to travel extensively (60-70%) across assigned territory

  • Self-motivated entrepreneur with creative problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and sales management tools

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience with construction machinery, or material handling fleet management

  • Understanding of tire performance across diverse OTR applications and operating conditions

  • Network of contacts in tire business, agriculture, construction, material handling, or heavy equipment industries

  • Track record of launching new products or technologies in OTR markets
